Day 01: Medan - Lake Toba - Muara
Arrival at Kuala Namu International Airport (KNO). Afterward, proceed to the tourist city Parapat beside Lake Toba. Firstly, for breakfast, you can cruise to Sibandang Island (optional), opposite Muara. After the island tour, transfer to Tarutung City to bring lunch, then tour to Salib Kasih (Love Cross), a cross with a height of around 12-18mtrs on the top of a hill. The cross was built to symbolize that Christianity was brought to Tapanuli and introduced to the Bataknese (tapanuli native people) for the first time in 1863 by a German priest, I.L Nomensen. Then you can bathe in Soda Water, believed to cure skin disease and refresh the body. After the tour, transfer back to Medan.
