Day 01: AIRPORT - BUKIT LAWANG (L/D)
Arrive at Kuala Namu International Airport! Short city tour to visit Istana Maimun, Mesjid Raya, Kesawan area, and Chinese temple. Then, after having lunch, the tour proceeds to Bukit Lawang. Bukit Lawang is a rehabilitation center of Orang Utan located on the outskirts of the National Park Gunung Leisure. An 86 km distance, reached within a 3-4 hour drive from Medan, we'll pass rubber and palm oil plantations. After that, en route to Asam Kumbang Crocodile Farm, the largest crocodile farm in Indonesia with more than 2,700 crocodiles. Finally, arrive at Bukit Lawang, check in at a simple forest lodge, and be free at your own leisure at the cozy Taman Leuser.
Day 02: BUKIT LAWANG TOUR (B /L / D)
Firstly, breakfast at the lodge. Then an exciting tour to see the Orang Utan during the feeding time will be arranged with a local ranger (9 am). Bahorok Orang Utan Rehabilitation is located in Gunung Leuser National Park, this is one of the largest National Park in the world containing over 800.000 ha of virgin rainforest. Continued with a half-day trekking to explore the beautiful nature of National Park Gunung Leuser. By day afternoon return to the lodge. Then, a free program in the evening. Finally, dinner is served at the lodge.
Day 03: BUKIT LAWANG - MEDAN - AIRPORT (BL)
Breakfast at the hotel. Free program before returning to Medan. Arrival Medan, lunch served at a local restaurant. If time is sufficient, transfer shopping to Medan Fair Plaza or Sun Plaza. Proceed to the airport for flight home.
