Upon arrival at Jogjakarta airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our friendly guide. We will start the day with a lava tour to witness the aftermath of the November 2010 eruption, where lava flowed and covered rivers, houses, and plantations. Afterward, we'll visit the silversmith in the old city of Kotagede and a Batik home industry. Lunch and dinner will be served at local restaurants.
Day 2: Royal Palace - Parangtritis Beach (B, L, D)
After breakfast at the hotel, we'll visit the Royal Palace and Kasongan village to see the traditional clay pottery. We'll also visit Masjid Gede Kauman, one of the oldest mosques in Yogyakarta, built by Sultan Hamengkubuwono I, the first Sultan of Yogyakarta. Enjoy the afternoon exploring Malioboro Street for shopping, and then we'll head to Parangtritis Beach to witness the beautiful sunset (weather permitting). After breakfast, we'll proceed to Solo, the sister city of Yogyakarta. Afterward, we'll return to Yogyakarta for more shopping opportunities. Lunch and dinner will be served at local restaurants.
Day 4: Transfer out (B)
