DAY 01 : ARRIVAL SURABAYA - BROMO (L,D)
Welcome to Surabaya, Arrive Juanda International Airport Surabaya. Firstly, meet & greet with our tour guide. We will start with a visit: to Submarine Monument - an actual KRI Pasopati 410 type Whiskey Class Russia Submarine used in 1952 by the Indonesian Navy. Next, visit the house of Sampoerna, owned by one of the giant cigarette clove factories in Indonesia PT. HM Sampoerna.
These buildings have a Dutch Colonial style, built in 1858, and now become a museum, and behind this building is a cigarette factory where we can see the processing of making cigarette cloves by hand. Have lunch at a local restaurant. Afterward, visit the Heroes Monument & Museum of Ten November to commemorate the bravery of the Surabaya people during the battle of Surabaya against the Allied forces in 1945. Before we go to Mt. Bromo, we will stop at Cheng Ho Mosque, which has unique Chinese architecture. Transfer to Mt. Bromo ( /- 3.5-hour drive). Dinner will be served at a local restaurant.
DAY 02 : BROMO TOSARI – BATU
Bromo tour at 03.30, go to The Penanjakan Hill using Four Wheel Drive Jeep, see the Sunrise, and go down to The Bromo Crater, riding a horse a long way in the desert, about 2 km to the Crater. Back to the hotel, check out from the hotel, and then transfer to Batu at the mountain resort area. Visit JATIM PARK 2, where you may visit Batu Secret Zoo & Animal Museum. Have lunch at a local restaurant. Check at the hotel; dinner will be served at a local restaurant.
DAY 03 : BATU – TRETES
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and then visit the apple plantation (visitors can pick up the fruits here). Following transfer to Pandaan & visit Taman Safari, a wildlife conservation park for endangered species such as the Komodo dragon, European Bison, Himalaya Black Bear, White Tiger Rhinoceros, etc., all live in the open air. Visitors will explore this park by vehicle and see the animal in closed. Have lunch at a local restaurant. Continue to the Tretes mountain resort area. Visit Kakek Bodo Waterfall—Check in at the hotel. Dinner will be served at a local restaurant.
DAY 04 : TRETES – SIDOARJO - SURABAYA
After breakfast, check out from the hotel. Our tour guide will pick you up and transfer you to Sidoarjo City. You are next shopping at Tanggulangin, known for its reasonably priced leather products (such as belts, purses, bags, and shoes) at Indah Embroidery Moslem Fashion. Continue to buy “Oleh-oleh” at Sidoarjo Shrimp Crackers, which has many traditional snacks from Indonesia. Have lunch at a local restaurant. Transfer to Surabaya City. Visit the Mosque & Tomb of Sunan Ampel, one of the members of Walisongo - the nine saints - who spread the Muslim religion in Java in the 14th century; you may also have your chance to shop in this Arab street. Then the last visit is to Tunjungan Plaza Shopping Mall. Afterward, have dinner at a local restaurant. After that, check-in at the hotel and free program.
DAY 05 : SURABAYA – MOJOKERTO – TROWULAN - SURABAYA
After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Mojokerto City (1 hour from Surabaya). The archeological sites of the Majapahit Hindu Kingdom (from the 13th and 16th centuries) are nearby, and many temples can be found in the area of Trowulan near Mojokerto City. Visit Trowulan Archeological Museum (display the remains and artifacts of the Majapahit Kingdom), Segaran Pool, The Pendopo Agung Trowulan (believed to be the main building of Majapahit palace), Bajang Ratu Temple, Tikus Temple (Side for the ritual bathing pool of the royal family), Brahu Temple (believed to contain the cremation remains of King Brawijaya), Wringin Lawang Temple. Lunch & dinner at a local restaurant. Back to Surabaya. Free program.
DAY 06: TRANSFER AIRPORT (B)
